Shipping

We offer free shipping Australia wide on all orders over $75

If the order is under $75 there is a Flat Rate fee of $15

We use Startrack to send your package and you will receive a tracking email once it is dispatched.

Your item will be dispatched within 2-3 business days.

Please note that we can not dispatch to PO Boxes.

We do not ship internationally.

 

Returns

We will gladly exchange any product that has been received incorrectly. All items must be accompanied by a copy of the original receipt and in unopened saleable condition. We will arrange replacement and collection of incorrect products at our expense.

Please note that we do not offer exchanges or refunds on any opened and used products.

We will also arrange replacement and collection of any damaged products at our own expense.

Please choose your purchase carefully as Flax Ceramics does not accept returns on sale items or for change of mind.

Flax/Mediterranean Markets reserves the right to refuse to process or refuse service to anyone at any time at our sole discretion.

Currency, GST and Taxes

All prices displayed on this website are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include 10% GST (Goods & Services Tax). Prices are subject to change without notice.
